Josh from Portland, Oregon is a self-proclaimed gym rat which means going up and down sizes monthly.
“I like quality for my clothes, except it costs too much to buy a nice shirt and then have to toss it when it doesn’t fit the next month,” Josh said on changing sizes frequently.
Josh has gone through 3 exchanges with ThreadBeast during his few months with the service.
“The stuff was cool, but I needed to go up a size when bulking and then down a size when cutting,” he added. “And every time I needed to swap out the sizes, my stylist made it super easy.”
Josh has had no success finding the same type of exchange leniency and customer service when it comes to sizing and expects to be a ThreadBeast member for some time to come.
“The styles were great. The surprises are fun. But, the exchanges were really a game changer for me.”
