Jermine from Baltimore, Maryland, was skeptical to try ThreadBeast. He tried other clothing subscriptions in the past and was never satisfied.
“I never received fits I liked. I always had to return everything.” Jermine said. “I knew there had to be a better service available.”
Jermine said he saw an ad for ThreadBeast on his Instagram feed and was hesitant to join due to his bad experiences in the past. He emailedThreadBeast’s customer service team and explained his reservations. “I didn’t expect anyone to answer me. I thought, this is my problem, why would they care?” Jermine said
To his surprise, a customer service representative replied in a couple of hours. “Tommy told me to email back once I signed up and send over any style notes and preferences I would like to share with my stylist. He even gave me a promo code for bonus items.” Jermine stated.
Jermine could not believe how much the items fit his style. “I never thought I would stick around after the first box, but here I am 5 months later. You guys really pay attention to what the customer wants!”
